Who we are

We are a Swiss-based boutique consulting firm for Agri & food ventures and institutions

We work, enable, and support you with the latest entrepreneurial methods and continuously update our methodology with our Food Excellence feedback loop tailored to the agro and food industry.

Through our extensive network and experience as FoodTech (corporate-) entrepreneurs, startup coaches, investors, chefs, hotel managers, researchers, and consultants, we realized that existing methods & frameworks do not entirely cater to the needs of FoodTech projects.  FoodTech startups and companies usually face, i.e. high R&D development costs, time to market, legal requirements, and a robust impact-driven ecosystem.

Eduard Müller
Founder & Managing Partner 

Eduard Müller's mission is to support the shift towards a sustainable circular economy and consumer-oriented food industry. With his profound work experience and extensive network, he combines the practical and theoretical world of the food industry. His former positions included 
 

  • Project Lead at the HSG FoodTech Lab

  • Business Angel for FoodTech Startups, i.e., Yasai

  • ​Research Associate at the Chair for Entrepreneurship at the University of St. Gallen 

  • Lecturer for Food Entrepreneurship, Innovation, Trends, Ecosystems, and Practical Programs at the University of St. Gallen and International University in Germany (Former IUBH). 

  • Project Manager in Business Development for digitalization projects at Vapiano

  • Hotel Management Trainee in The Ajman Palace, 5* luxury hotel in Ajman 

  • Chef de Partie at Wartenberger Mühle, former Michelin star-rated restaurant, and chef apprenticeship at Novotel Hotels
